The three main winners of the main challenge have the choice of a weekend in Barcelona, London or Paris - you can choose the destination to suit your whims and desires. The trip starts from a European airport near where you live. The prize includes return flights for you and a friend, two nights in a double room in a mid-range hotel and a visit to one tourist attraction in the city of your choice: If you pick Barcelona, we will pay for a harbour tour; if you opt for Paris, the prize includes a trip to the Eiffel Tower; and if London is the city for you, a ride in the VIP lounge of the Millennium Wheel - the second-largest mobile big wheel in the world - awaits you.

If you are not among the three main winners, you still have a chance to win some prizes. Those who finish fourth and fifth will win a TomTom navigation system, while those who finish between sixth and tenth will win a 4GB MP3 player.

The winners of the weekly challenge are determined independently of the main challenge. Once the first Engineering Challenge is completed, the weekly question prizes are drawn between all the participants who have earned at least 75% of the maximum number of total points and who are in the top 30% of all participants. The top ten participants will also each receive an extra prize.
